Split Jerk, 5RM Clean Deadlift, Cleans & Push Press

Super Youth 4:30pm

(A) Split Jerk-Work within the limitations of your movement off racks

(B) Individually for time-4 Rounds 10 Squat Clean 60/40kg, 10 Push Press 60/40kg, 400m Run
or
(C) In teams of 2 for time-4 Rounds 20 Squat Clean 60/40kg, 20 Push Press 60/40kg, 400m Run
Beginner 6am, 9:30am or 7:30pm

(A) Split Jerks-Work 5 Reps at a time within the limitations of your movement

(B) Individually 4 Rounds-10 Front Squats off racks 40/30kg, 10 Push Press off racks 40/30kg, 200m Run
or
(C) In teams of 2 4 Rounds-20 Front Squats off racks 40/30kg, 20 Push Press off racks 40/30kg, 200m Run
Intermediate 6am, 9:30am or 6:30pm

(A) Split Jerk-Work within the limitations of your movement off racks

Advanced 9:30am or 5:30pm

(A) Split Jerk-Work within the limitations of your movement off racks

(B) 5RM Clean Deadlift 

(C) Individually for time (20min Cap)-15 Clean 70/50 + 15 Push Press, 10 Clean 75/52.5 + 10 Push Press, 5 Clean 80/55kg + 5 Push Press, 4 Clean 85/57.5kg + 4 Push Press, 3 Clean 90/60kg + 3 Push Press, 2 Clean 95/62.5kg + 2 Push Press, 1 Clean 100/65kg + 1 Push Press 

Focus- (A) Within the limitations of your movement is exactly that. If your limitations show up with the bar stay on the bar and work on it. If it shows up at your max then work to that (B) Click for Demo (C) It's 15 Cleans then 15 Push Press not 15 Clean & Push Press.

  1. A) went to 80kg, was a bit rusty and it showed on form.

    B) 140kg for 5RM deadlift.

    C) DNF missed out by 4 reps, got the 2 cleans at 95 and just didn't have enough pump left to get the 2 push presses. very disappointed.

    (A) 50kg, ran out of time and I was hoping to go heavier as I was feeling quite good.

    (B) DNF - Partnered with Nas, and we only got through 3 rounds. Awesome to see Nas push through a heavy weight, no complaints!! It definitely hurt after the first 20 reps.
