(C) Individually for time-10 Rounds 5 Wallballs 9/6kg & 11/10ft, 5 Broad Jumps 1.75/1.25m, 5 KB Thrusters Each Arm 24/16kg, 5 Box Jumps 24/20" + 1 x 20 plate

Focus- (A) It's 5 consecutive jumps (B) Make it a true 5RM. If you need a deficit use it (C)
