STRENGTHSnatch Balance
build up to a Solid Heavy 1 Rep (not max)

Snatch Balance – start with bar on rear rack position in a Snatch Grip with feet under your hips or starting or pulling position. Dip and drive bar upward causing the load to float as you fall into a Overhead Squat Position transitioning your feet into the landing position. This movement will help build confidence in the landing position of The Snatch. Focus on Speed and remember to stay tight!

Scoring-Max Reps

*Athlete A performs max rep thrusters and then Athlete B performs max rep thrusters they will continue this pattern through all movements
