*Athlete A will complete 3 Power Snatches & 6 TTB whilst Athlete B completes their fastest 10m bear crawl 2 ways.

Sprint 30m

Scoring-Max Succesful Lateral Hops

*Athlete A will perform Max Lateral Hops until Athlete B from All teams finishes their 30m Sprint. They will then swap.
