*Athlete A performs 1/2Gasser then 5 Deck Hop Burpees whilst Athlete B performs max KB swings. When athlete A completes last deck hop burpee athlete B drops bell and starts 1/2 Gasser.
TGU 16kg could of gone heavier with right arm but not left arm had to stop at 16kg.

TGU. 24kg KB. Also had a go at 20kg plates and bar.
