Mobility WOD-Prep for Push Press
(A) Back Squat 20rm
(Notes: If you completed all 20 reps last effort, add
2.5kg this effort. If you were close to completing all 20 reps (15-19), use the
same weight. If you weren’t close (10-14), take off 2.5kg)
(B) Pran
42-30-18 Push Press 60/43, Pull Ups 12min Cut Off
Scoring-For Time (30second penalty for every change over of the bar or pullups)
*Athlete A & B partition reps as needed. Once barbell is off the ground for the Push Press it can't touch the ground again until the end of the 42, 30 or 18 reps. 1 Athlete working at one time.
(C) Front
Squat
2 attempts At 2rm with a 3sec pause in bottom of each rep

Back squat 20 at 59.6kg felt great!!!
ReplyDeleteWod just under 12 min worked with my lifting buddy Tas push press technique felt great. Slowly getting back into it from time off from holiday.
Front squats round 1 got 46.4kg and round 2 got 51.4kg
