(A) 15min to find MAX TGU (L&R)

(B) For 8mins perform, 1/2 Gasser, 5 Deck Hop Burpees, MAX KB Swings 24/16

Scoring-Max Rep KB Swings

*Athlete A performs 1/2Gasser then 5 Deck Hop Burpees whilst Athlete B performs max KB swings. When athlete A completes last deck hop burpee athlete B drops bell and starts 1/2 Gasser.

  1. TGU 16kg could of gone heavier with right arm but not left arm had to stop at 16kg.

    Wod - worked with rookie sub running with rowing and got 91 kb swings, felt great to push myself.

    Worked on clean and jerk, thanks Jody for tip about pushing chin back!!

  2. TGU. 24kg KB. Also had a go at 20kg plates and bar.
    WOD with Woody , 120 swings @ 24kgs.

    Worked on Clean & Jerk. Especially split jerk technique!
