*On the first minute Athlete A does 4 alternating KB Snatch then a 10,20,30m suicide run. At the 2nd minute Athlete B does the same until both Athletes complete 4 rounds.

ReplyDeleteStrength 40,45,50,55,60,65. happy with this as 65 is my 1RM PP, so should be able to give this a nudge next we do 1's.
WOD 4Rnds for 172s (coasted this as i thought it was 8rnds), my fail.
Finished with TABATA Push Ups(36)/Burpees(20).
