Teams of 2 Males & Females

(A) Mobility WOD-Skin the Cat Prep for Overhead Lifting

(B) Strength Ladder 10-8-6-4-2-1 Deadlift, Power Clean, Push press. Set bar at same weight for all 3 movements and add weight each rep scheme, ex. 10 DL, 10 PC, 10 PP @ 40kg add 50kg for 8 DL, 8 PC, 8 PP add weight, etc Final weight on bar is what goes on board

(C) Complete 4 rounds each on the minute of 4 KB Snatch 32/24kg 1 x Suicide run.

Scoring-Total working Time for the 8 Rounds

*On the first minute Athlete A does 4 alternating KB Snatch then a 10,20,30m suicide run. At the 2nd minute Athlete B does the same until both Athletes complete 4 rounds.

    Strength 40,45,50,55,60,65. happy with this as 65 is my 1RM PP, so should be able to give this a nudge next we do 1's.
    WOD 4Rnds for 172s (coasted this as i thought it was 8rnds), my fail.
    Finished with TABATA Push Ups(36)/Burpees(20).

      So 40,45,52,57,64,69. Even better, new PB
