10 Partner Goblet Squats 24/16kg
20 T2B
10 Burpee Broad Jumps

Scoring- Broad Jump Metres

* Athlete A & Athlete B begin Goblet squats together until designated reps are complete. They move onto T2B and complete 20 reps partitioned anyway. Athlete A & Athlete B complete 10 broad jumps each for max metres.

    Had heaps of fun doing ring work at the end of class!!
