Hang Snatch Technique, Ind for time 3 Hang Power Snatch 50/35kg, 3 OHS, 33 Double Unders 6,6&66, 9,9&99, 12,12&12, In 10mins 1RM Hang Snatch


Beginner 6am, 9:30am, 7:30pm

(A) In teams of 2 in 12mins-3 Hang Power Snatch 30/20kg, 3 Burpee over bar, 6 Hang Power Snatch, 6 Burpee over bar adding 3 reps after each athlete completes the round. Athlete A does 3 HPS & LB then Athlete B, Athlete A does 6 HPS & LB then Athlete B etc

(B) OHS-In time remaining work 3 reps at a time to the limits of your movement
Intermediate 6am, 9:30am, 6:30pm

(A) In teams of 2 in 12mins-3 Hang Power Snatch 40/30kg, 3 Lateral Burpee over bar, 6 Hang Power Snatch, 6 Lateral Burpee adding 3 reps after each athlete completes the round. Athlete A does 3 HPS & LB then Athlete B, Athlete A does 6 HPS & LB then Athlete B etc

(B) OHS-In time remaining work 3 reps at a time to the limits of your movement
Advanced 6am & 9:30am & 5:30pm

(A) Hang Snatch-Work 1 rep at a time to the limits of your movement

(B) Individually for time-3 Hang Power Snatch 50/35kg, 3 OHS, 33 Double Unders 6 Hang Power Snatch 50/35kg, 6 OHS, 66 Double Unders, 9 Hang Power Snatch 50/35kg, 9 OHS, 99 Double Unders, 12 Hang Power Snatch 50/35kg, 12 OHS, 12 Double Unders 

(C) Individually in 10mins from B find a 1RM Hang Snatch
Coaches Tips-(A) Focus on Positions in lift (B)  (C) You can Power Snatch or Full Snatch
