Hang Clean Technique, 21,18,15,12,9,6,3 Hang Power Clean 50/35kg, T2Bar, In 10mins 1RM Hang Clean


Beginner 6am, 9:30am, 7:30pm

(A) In teams of 2-21,18,15,12,9,6,3 Hang Power Clean 30/20kg, T2Bar (Athlete A & B can partition the reps as needed, but once the bar leaves the ground at the start it cannot hit the ground again until all reps including T2Bar are completed)

(B) Hang Clean-In time remaining work 1 rep at a time to the limits of your movement
Intermediate 6am, 9:30am, 6:30pm

(A) In teams of 2-21,18,15,12,9,6,3 Hang Power Clean 40/30kg, T2Bar (Athlete A & B can partition the reps as needed, but once the bar leaves the ground at the start it cannot hit the ground again until all reps including T2Bar are completed)

(B) Hang Clean-In time remaining work 1 rep at a time to the limits of your movement
Advanced 6am & 9:30am & 5:30pm

(A) Hang Clean-Work 1 rep at a time to the limits of your movement

(B) Individually for time-21,18,15,12,9,6,3 Hang Power Clean 50/35kg, T2Bar

(C) Individually in 10mins from B find a 1RM Hang Clean
Coaches Tips-(A) Focus on Positions in lift (B) Grip will be a limitations so hook grip both movements (C) You can Power Clean or Full Clean
