(A) In teams of 2-3 Rounds 20 Thrusters 40/30kg, 30 Box Jumps 24/20", 40 Double Unders

(B) In time remaining work Push Press 10 reps at a time to the limits of your movement
Intermediate 6am, 9:30am

(A) In teams of 2-3 Rounds 20 Thrusters 50/35kg, 40 Box Jumps 24/20", 100 Double Unders

(B) In time remaining work Push Press 10 reps at a time to the limits of your movement
Advanced 6am & 9:30am &

(A) In teams of 2-3 Rounds 20 Thrusters 61/43kg, 40 Box Jumps 24/20", 200 Double Unders

(B) Individually in 4mins from A 10RM Push Press

(C)  Individually in 2 mins from B AMRAP-Handstand Walk
Coaches Tips- (A) Partition reps as needed, aim for max reps each time you work (B) © If you cannot handstand walk spend remainder of session practicing. The only way you get better at Handstand walking is being upside down more often.
