Beginner 6am, 9:30am

(A) Individually EMOTM for as long as possible "Not So Macho Man" 3 Power Cleans 40/30kg, 3 Front Squats, 3 Jerks
or 
(A) In teams of 2 EMOTM for as long as possible "Not So Macho Man" 3 Power Cleans 40/30kg, 3 Front Squats, 3 Jerks

(B) In time remaining work Front Squats 10 reps at a time to the limits of your movement

Intermediate 6am, 9:30am

(A) Individually EMOTM for as long as possible "Not So Macho Man" 3 Power Cleans 50/35kg, 3 Front Squats, 3 Jerks
or 
(A) In teams of 2 EMOTM for as long as possible "Not So Macho Man" 3 Power Cleans 50/35kg, 3 Front Squats, 3 Jerks

(B) In time remaining work Front Squats 10 reps at a time to the limits of your movement

Advanced 6am & 9:30am &

(A) Power Clean & Push Jerk-Work 10 reps at a time to the limits of your movement

(B) Individually EMOTM for as long as possible "Not So Macho Man" 3 Power Cleans 61/43kg, 3 Front Squats, 3 Jerks

Coaches Tips- (A) Work positions focus on your limitations within the power clean & push jerk movement.
