(A) High Hang Power Snatch + OHS-Work 1 HHPS + 3 OHS at a time within the limitations of your movement


(B) Individually for time-3 Rounds 1/2 Gasser, 10 Pullups, 15 OHS 30/20kg

(D) In teams of 2 for time-3 Rounds 1/2 Gasser, 20 Pullups, 30 OHS 40/30kg

(C) Individually for time-3 Rounds 5 x 10m Shuttles, 10 KB OHS 24/16kg Left Arm, 15 Pullups, 5 x 10m Shuttles, 10 KB OHS 24/16kg Right Arm, 15 Pullups
