(A) Back squat 20 Reps @ 80% of 1RM in the least amount of sets possible
(B) In teams of 2-Max Double Unders in 5mins
(C) Individually for time-10 Rounds 10 Air Squats, 5 C2Bar/Pullup, 5 Pushup
Beginner 6am, 9:30am & 7:30pm
(A) Back Squat-Work within the limitations of your movement
(B) Double Unders, Technique & Progression(If your proficient max double unders in team of 2 in 5mins)
(C) Individually 10min Amrap-10 Air Squats, 5 C2Bar Pullups, 5 Pushup
Intermediate 6am, 9:30am & 6:30pm
(A) Back squat 20 Reps @ 80% of 1RM in the least amount of sets possible
(B) In teams of 2-Max Double Unders in 5mins
(C) Individually for time-10 Rounds 10 Air Squats, 5 C2Bar/Pullup, 5 Pushups
Advanced 9:30am & 5:30pm
(C) Individually for time-30 Bar Muscle Ups(5min Cap)
(B) Individually for time-4 Rounds 5 Back squat @ 80% of 1RM, 60 Double Unders(10min Cap)
Focus- (A) It's 5 consecutive jumps. Land in a stable position then re-bound (B) If your double unders suck, scale the reps (C) If you are not strong with bar muscle ups you will start with part A then C then B
