(A) 31, 40 - first 100m felt ok, 2nd I definitely lost all my speed!
ReplyDelete(B) BW - barely have a ring dip, need to start getting stronger with these.
(C) Tight finish of 19:58!! I need to get better at TTB, some skills time needs to be put in for that as I am not improving.
