Super Youth 4:30pm

(A) 5RM OHS (Use Racks)

(B) Individually 30 Power Snatch 50/35kg or In teams of 2-60 Power Snatch 60/40kg  
Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) OHS-Work 5 reps at a time within the limitations of your movement

(B) Individually 30 Power Snatch 35/25kg or In teams of 2-60 Power Snatch 40/30kg 
Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) 5RM OHS (Use Racks)

(B) Individually 30 Power Snatch 50/35kg or In teams of 2-60 Power Snatch 60/40kg 
Advanced 5:30pm

(A) 5RM D/B or KB OHS 

(B) 5RM Snatch Grip Deadlift

(C) Individually for time-30 Power or Squat Snatch 60/40kg (5min Cap)
Recover 5mins
(D) Individually for time-15 Power or Squat Snatch 70/45kg (3min Cap)
Recover 3mins
(E) Individually for time-5 Power or Squat Snatch 80/50kg (2min Cap)

    I literally almost turned back and went home, as I wasn't feeling it this morning - so glad I went against my gut and walked through the door!

    Intermediate:
    (A) 5RM @ 50kg

    (B) Scaled to 32.5, 4:50
