  1. (A) 45kg, but only after winding back and going up by 2.5 from 40. Made a big difference.

    (B) Scaled first 15 to 45kg. 25:33. Another 'almost cried' WOD, didn't think I would make it but having Brendan and everyone on my back to keep going really helped (even if I wanted to punch them in the guts at the time!)
