Fastest half gasser 20secs , slowest 23 sec .
ReplyDelete1 legged deadlifts with kettlebell , went from 12 kg to 32 kg .

Tabata pushups ,(6) rounds 6o total . Good sesh

Finished with 8 rounds tabata situp 8 round tabata push ups and watch the boys eat Mel's Paleo Choc Chip Cookies for time!!!

Was a good sesh. legs are in trouble today especially with B/S on the cards
