*1st min. Athlete A & Athlete B perform max thrusters within 1min with 1 attempt each. Bar must stay up for whole minute or team will be penalized. 2nd min. Athlete A & Athlete B performs max dips within the minute with 1 attempt each. 3rd Minute. Both Athletes will Perform a relay style 100m sprint against the other teams. 4th Minute recovery. Round 2 starts on the 5th minute
