Run 200m
Max TTB
Max KB Swings
MAX Double Unders

Scoring=Reps/Second Divide the total run times for your team by the total reps for your team for a score of 1 reps every ? seconds

*The 200m Runner will dictate the rotation of the movements. As soon as the runner gets back he will log his run time in seconds and the reps of each of his team mates elements. Once all elements are recorded they will move onto the next element. They can't start the element until the runner leaves the box.
