Individual or Teams of 2


John & Kylie joined the 7.30am session at CFS. Their son Lachy trains in the YADP.
WOD #1 IndividualRun for 4min in one direction then turn around & try & make it back in less time.
RECOVER 2min
Partner Up & Perform 5 Band Sprints.

WOD #2 Individual8min AMRAP
10 DB/KB Push Press/Jerk AHAP
20 Skipping Crossovers
10 C2B Pullups

Push Press/Jerks must be done unbroken.

WOD #1 Teams of 2Buddy Carry 2min in one direction then turn around & try & make it back in less time.
RECOVER 2min
Partner Up & Perform 5 Band Sprints.

WOD #2 Teams of 28min AMRAP + Max Reps
10 DB/KB Push Press/Jerk AHAP
10 C2B Pullups
+
MAX Skipping Crossovers

Scoring-AMRAP + Max Skipping Crossovers

*Athlete A will perform max skipping crossovers until Athlete B completes 10KB Push Press/Push Jerks & 10 C2B pullups then they will swap

    5 rounds in 20 mins
    1 rope ascent
    7 g2o 30kg
    7 kb swings 16kg, 20kg, 20kg, 20kg
    10m growler
    7 ring dips orange band.
    Only completed 4 rounds and 1 rope ascent.
    2 out of the 5 rope ascents I did in 2 pumps,
    very pleased with that.
    1rm backsquat 60kg. Yeah .

  2. Got in early to get some skills work an ended up chasing my Clean an Snatch 1RM's.
    105kg Clean (+5kg), just dropped110kg But the lift felt good.
    80kg Snatch (+5kg)
    5 Handstand PushUps (kipping) 
    3PB's in one night. Gotta be happy about that. 
    Then came the WOD.
    Hate running, missed out by 10s in WOD 1
    WOD2 hate skipping, only just joined the 30DU club an now they want Xovers?
    Managed 2 RNDs+5 highlite was my C2B smashed 'em.

    Tops effort by Brian on the night, owned the Xover skipping, mate it was a pleasure watching you, you were like a machine.

  3. Top workout tonight was great had heaps of fun,i'm dissapointed i cant make it all the time.
