Only completed 4 rounds and 1 rope ascent.
2 out of the 5 rope ascents I did in 2 pumps,
very pleased with that.
1rm backsquat 60kg. Yeah .
Got in early to get some skills work an ended up chasing my Clean an Snatch 1RM's.

Hate running, missed out by 10s in WOD 1
WOD2 hate skipping, only just joined the 30DU club an now they want Xovers?
Managed 2 RNDs+5 highlite was my C2B smashed 'em.
Tops effort by Brian on the night, owned the Xover skipping, mate it was a pleasure watching you, you were like a machine.
Top workout tonight was great had heaps of fun,i'm dissapointed i cant make it all the time.
