AusFL Event 1 & Event 2






SUPER YOUTH, BEGINNER  & MASTERS 50-59yrs  


(A) In teams of 3-AusFL Event 1-"The Standard" 400m Run, 120KB Swings 24/16kg, 90 Squat Clean Thrusters 35/25kg, 60 Pullups, 30 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20", 200m Overhead Walking Lunge 20/10kg 

FROM THE COACH (A) Partition the reps as needed to finish as fast as your team can 

INTERMEDIATE MASTERS 40-49YRS  

(A) In teams of 3-AusFL Event 1-"The Standard" 400m Run, 120KB Swings 24/16kg, 90 Squat Clean Thrusters 35/25kg, 60 Pullups, 30 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20", 200m Overhead Walking Lunge 20/10kg 

(BIn teams of 2-AusFL Event 2-In 3mins max double unders whilst partner holds chin over bar 

FROM THE COACH (A) Partition the reps as needed to finish as fast as your team can (B) Everytime your chin drops lower than the bar you must swap movements  

ADVANCED 

(A) In teams of 3-AusFL Event 1-"The Standard" 400m Run, 120KB Swings 24/16kg, 90 Squat Clean Thrusters 35/25kg, 60 Pullups, 30 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20", 200m Overhead Walking Lunge 20/10kg 

(BIn teams of 2-AusFL Event 2-In 3mins max double unders whilst partner holds chin over bar 

FROM THE COACH (A) If you are competing on saturday then come in and mobilise if you wish or take the day off
