FROM THE COACH (A)  (B)  (C) Since the start of June, everybody has gone up in their clean&jerk. It's now time to attack the movement from a different angle. On Monday we attacked our limitations, today we will discuss the CFS rules for Olympic Lifting and change something. Less lifts, more lifts, higher percentages etc.  (D)
