Power Clean & Push Jerk Technique, Ind for time 4 Rounds 6 Thrusters@75% 1RM, 6 Hang Power Clean, M/E Power Clean & M/E Push Jerk

Beginner

(A) 1 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk-Work to the limits of your movement 


(B) Individually for time-4 Rounds 6 Hang Power Clean@75% of A, 6 Thrusters. Same rules as Advanced

(C)  In teams of 2 for time-4 Rounds Atlhlete A 6 Hang Power Clean@75% of A & 6 Thrusters, Athlete B max Burpees. Score is burpees. 
Intermediate

(A) 1 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk-Work to the limits of your movement 


(B) Individually for time-4 Rounds 6 Hang Power Clean@75% of A, 6 Thrusters. Same rules as Advanced

(C)  In teams of 2 for time-4 Rounds Atlhlete A 6 Hang Power Clean@75% of A & 6 Thrusters, Athlete B max Burpees. Score is burpees.   
Advanced 

(A) 1 Power Clean & Push Jerk + 1 Hang Power Clean & Push Jerk + 1 High Hang Power Clean & Push Jerk-Work to the limitations of your movement


(B) Individually for time-4 Rounds 6 Thrusters@75% 1RM, 6 Hang Power Clean

(C) M/E Power Clean & M/E Push Jerk
From the Coach (A) No Heavier then starting weight of B. Pause in each position (B) Everytime you drop the bar it's 6 burpees (C) CFS Rules Apply. If you become limited by the push jerk, continue on with the M/E Power Clean
