Intermediate 

(A) M/E OHS & 3 Sets Max Strict Pullups

(B) Individually for time-3 Rounds 5 Overhead Lunges Axle Bar 50/35kg, 20 Pullups
or
(B) In teams of 2 for time-3 Rounds 10 Overhead Lunges Axle Bar 50/35kg, 40 Pullups
Advanced 

(A) M/E OHS & 3 Sets Max Strict C2Bar Pullups

(B) Individually for time-3 Rounds 5 Overhead Lunges Axle Bar 61/43kg, 20 C2Bar Pullups
or
(B) In teams of 2 for time-3 Rounds 10 Overhead Lunges Axle Bar 61/43kg, 40 C2Bar Pullups

(C) Practice Weighted Overhead One Legged Squats
Coaches Tips-(A) CFS Rules Apply. For the pull-ups, you can do as many sets as you like but just record your best 3 sets (B)  (C) If you come on your toes in the One Legged Squats then mobilise so that you don't
