M/E Back Squat, 2 Rounds for time 50 Wallballs, 10 Deadlifts 120/80kg


Beginner 6am, 9:30am, 7:30pm

(A) Back Squats-Work 1 rep at a time to the limits of your movement

(B) Individually for time-2 Rounds 50 Wallballs 9/6kg 10/9ft, 10 Deadlifts 80/40kg
or
(B) In teams of 2-100 Wallballs 9/6kg 10/9ft, 20 Deadlifts 80/40kg. Athlete A & B can partition the reps however but the bar must be off the ground for wall balls to count
Intermediate 6am, 9:30am, 6:30pm

(A) Back Squats-Work 1 rep at a time to the limits of your movement

(B) Individually for time-2 Rounds 50 Wallballs 9/6kg 10/9ft, 10 Deadlifts 100/60kg
or
(B) In teams of 2-100 Wallballs 9/6kg 10/9ft, 20 Deadlifts 100/60kg. Athlete A & B can partition the reps however but the bar must be off the ground for wall balls to count
Advanced 6am & 9:30am & 5:30pm

(A) M/E Back Squat

(B) Individually for time-2 Rounds 50 Wallballs 9/6kg 10/9ft, 10 Deadlifts 120/80kg
