(C) Individually in time remaining-Snatch 3 reps at a time within the limitations of your movement
Intermediate 6am, 9:30am

(A) Shoulder Strength & Stability Circuit 1

(B) Individually in 12mins AMRAP-10 Snatch 43/30kg, 10 Pullups
or 
(B) In teams of 2 12mins AMRAP-Athlete A 10 Snatch 43/30kg, Athlete B Max Pullups

(C) Individually in time remaining-Snatch 3 reps to the limits of your movement
Advanced 6am & 9:30am &

(A) Shoulder Strength & Stability Circuit 1

(B) Individually in 12mins AMRAP-15 Snatch 43/30kg, 15 Pullups

(C) Individually in 8mins from B find a 3RM Snatch
