B - FGB total reps 154, missed out on the 300 meter row twice by a couple of meters.
C - medball toss total meters 69.
tough workout FGB really took it out of me.
Saturday catch up
ReplyDelete(B) FGB 153 reps. Without the HR pushups it would have been a very different result - last round of ring dips I could only manage 3!
I didn't include any of the rows because I had no way to know if I made the distance! I think I did on at least one.
