1RM O-Head Pistols, 1RM Snatch Grip Push Press, DB Snatch, Muscle Ups & Box Jumps


Super Youth 4:30pm


(A) High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) In teams of 2 for time-5 Rounds 10 Clean @ weight used in A (Alternating reps), 10 Box Jumps 30/24" (Alternating reps), Run 200m 

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Clean-Work within the limitations of your movement

In teams of 2 for time-5 Rounds 10 Clean @ weight used in A (Alternating reps), 10 Box Jumps 26/22" (Alternating reps), Run 200m  

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) High Hang Clean + Hang Clean + Clean-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) In teams of 2 for time-5 Rounds 10 Clean @ weight used in A (Alternating reps), 10 Box Jumps 30/24" (Alternating reps), Run 200m 

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) 1RM Overhead Pistols

(B) 1RM Snatch Grip Push Press

(C) In teams of 2 for time-5 Rounds 10 D/B Snatch 45/30kg, 6/4 Muscle Ups, 4 Box Jumps 36/30"
   
Focus- (A) If you don't have an Overhead Pistol then work your limitations of your movement (B) Click here for Demo (C) For the Snatch Athlete A does 1 rep each arm then Athlete B, For the Muscle Up, Athlete A must complete 3 muscle ups before Athlete B does 3. For the box Jumps 1 jump each until all 4 are completed

    Intermediate:

    (A) 50kg complex, dropped the full clean on 55.

    (B) Partnered with Woody for the WOD, 50kg cleans. I think around the 17 or 18 min mark.
