Handstand Walk Max Metres in 3, FGB Style TTB, Ring Dips, C2B, HR Push Ups & Row


Super Youth 4:30pm


(A) Handstand Walk, Technique, Progressions

(C) Individually for max reps FGB Style 3 Rounds x 1min on each-TTB, HR Pushups, Pullup, Box Jumps 24/20", Row 250/200m, 1min Recovery

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Push Jerk-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) Individually for max reps FGB Style 3 Rounds x 1min on each-TTRings, HR Pushups, Box Jumps 24/20",Push Jerk 30/20kg, Row 250/200m, 1min Recovery

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) Handstand Walk, Technique, Progressions

(C) Individually for max reps FGB Style 3 Rounds x 1min on each-TTB, HR Pushups, Pullup, Box Jumps 24/20", Row 250/200m, 1min Recovery

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) In 3 attempts Max Metres total Handstand Walk

(B) Individually for max reps FGB Style 3 Rounds x 1min on each-TTB, Ring Dips, C2B, HR Pushups, Row 300/250m, 1min Recovery

Focus- (A) If you don't have a handstand walk then use this time to practice (B) Like Brett said, all the ugly ones. Enjoy

  1. A - handstand walk 3 attempts for a total of 2
    meters.

    B - FGB total reps 154, missed out on the 300 meter row twice by a couple of meters.

    C - medball toss total meters 69.

    tough workout FGB really took it out of me.

  2. Saturday catch up

    (B) FGB 153 reps. Without the HR pushups it would have been a very different result - last round of ring dips I could only manage 3!

    I didn't include any of the rows because I had no way to know if I made the distance! I think I did on at least one.
