i have to improve my rep range massively!
C) F, 230 and 238
(A) Maxed out at 35, really struggle with the high hang movements.
ReplyDelete(B) 10:52 but weights at 32.5, 30, 25. Glad I was told to stay lighter, as I could focus on the lift more.
