High Hang + Hang Snatch, Snatch & Double Unders, Max Broad Jump


Super Youth 4:30pm


(A) Hang Snatch to a max weight of 60/40kg

(B) Individually for time-5 OHS 60/40kg, 5 Broad Jumps 1.5/1m, 10 OHS 50/30kg, 5 Broad Jumps 1.5/1m, 15 OHS 40/20kg, 5 Broad Jumps 1.5/1m

(C) 100 Double Unders for time (5min Cap)

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm


(A) Hang Snatch- Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) Individually for time-3 Rounds 10 OHS 40/30kg, 5 Broad Jumps 1.5/1m

(C) Tabata Double Unders for total reps

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) Hang Snatch to a max weight of 60/40kg

(B) Individually for time-5 OHS 60/40kg, 5 Broad Jumps 1.5/1m, 10 OHS 50/30kg, 5 Broad Jumps 1.5/1m, 15 OHS 40/20kg, 5 Broad Jumps 1.5/1m

(C) 100 Double Unders for time (5min Cap)

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) High Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch to max weight of 70/50kg

(B) Individually for time-5 Snatch 70/50kg, 50 Double Unders, 10 Snatch 60/40kg, 50 Double Unders, 15 Snatch 50/30kg, 50 Double Unders

(C) Max Broad Jump in 3 attempts

    B)17:47 I really struggled with the weight.
    i have to improve my rep range massively!

    C) F, 230 and 238

  3. (A) Maxed out at 35, really struggle with the high hang movements.

    (B) 10:52 but weights at 32.5, 30, 25. Glad I was told to stay lighter, as I could focus on the lift more.
