(B) ME 1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk
   
Focus- (A) Go for Gold (B) Use Racks for this

    (B) ME 55kg, wound back to work on feet / knee positioning for the dip - last couple of lifts felt better.

  3. A) 9:10 i need to take it a bit easier on the row next time. i flew out of the blocks on the first 500 and was slooooooooow on the second 500.
