Teams of 2

(A) SNATCH 
Build to a ME lift on Snatch over 6 attempts, then take 60% of your heaviest load & perform 2-2-2-2-2 
Rest as required & make these reps as perfect as your ability allows.

(B) 12min AMRAP, 5 Deadlifts 110/80, 10 Push Press 55/40, 15 TTB

Scoring-Amrap

Athlete A starts deadlifts whilst Athlete B waits in ready to either start pushpress or take over from Athlete A on the deadlifts if they can't complete 5 unbroken. Both Athletes are working together to complete as many rounds as possible. When an Athlete needs to break up the reps, their teammate must take over and continue on.

    Feels good to get off a 15kg bar!

    (B) Teamed up with Jody - from memory 5 rounds + 18 reps (didnt write it down, sorry).
    Deads @53 Push Press @33
    TTB were the killer (and slow)

    Team WODs are great, pushes you harder and really highlights where your limits are. Also shows how important communication is! Great session!

    60% @ 33kg all lifts successful.

    B) Worked with Tas - 6 Rnds + 16 reps
    DL @ 86kg, Push Press @ 40kg.
