Mobility WOD-Prepare for or Recover from Rope Climbing

(A) Skill - Rope Climbs/Handstand walk

(B) 20min AMRAP 1/2 Gasser, 1 Rope Climb 15/12ft, 10 DB/KB  G2O AHAP (5 EACH ARM Alternating)

(C) 45 Pull ups (Not for Time) In as few sets as possible

  2. Just practiced some handstand walks. Finding that balance.wod- 10 rounds 2@32 8@24kg. Pull ups 37 and 8.

  3. Practiced just getting on the wall at all, I think I might finally get it. A lot more practice required.

    WOD 9 rounds @ 12kgs

    Pull Ups
    4+7 no band
    10+5+11+5+3 orange band.
    I feel like I didnt have the mental stamina to push myself a bit further last night.

    7rnds with 32kg
    Rope climbs went well

    Pullups@ 30-15
