Teams of 4

Mobility WOD-Quick Test. Does your overhead squat suck because of tight shoulders or tight hips & ankles?

(A) Back Squat - 1x8 @65% - 1x8 @70% - 1x8 @75% - 1x8 @80% 
Front Squat - 1x5 @60% - 1x5 @65% - 1x5 @70% - 1x5 @75%

(B) OHS - 60/40kg Perform 240 reps. At every partition of reps Run 400m

Scoring-Least amount of sets


*Athlete A performs max rep OHS. When Athlete A finishes they run 400m whilst Athlete B takes over. This pattern is the Same for Athletes C & D and continues until all reps of OHS are completed.

    45, 21, 15 I think those were the reps great work team everyone pushed themselves great atmosphere I was so shocked I got 45 reps out first round!!!


    Strength worked of 86kg back squat and did same weight as Tanya for front squat

    1. Looks like I owe you 21 OHS Mel I only got out 36. Top effort on the 45.
