(A) Power Clean-Build to a ME lift on Power Clean over 6 attempts, then take 60% of your heaviest load & perform 2-2-2-2-2. Rest as required & make these reps as perfect as your ability allows.

    Coaches said I had plenty in the tank and to have two more lifts I tried 60kg but failed both times but know it wOnt be long till I get it

  4. Power clean- 73,80,85,93,98,100(fail) Coach said to have another crack at the 100 but get under the bar quicker!! Failed, was a bit too heavy.
    Caught up on last nights strength
    Fs @ 110 and bs @ 118 all lifts successful.
    2-2-2-2-2 pc @ 60kg felt good.
