    Practice Kipping hand stand push ups!!!

    Changing diet to paleo zone has given me so much more energy!!!

    Worked off 70 BS & 65 FS. Those 90% were tough.

    WOD 7.23 @ 33kg
    Ring Dips: red band

    Tabata sit ups - 60 reps, but with incorrect technique for about 3 rounds! :(
