Mobility WOD-All the way from Copenhagen 

(A)  - SNATCH Build to a ME lift on Snatch over 8 attempt, then take 85% of your heaviest load & perform 2 lifts OTM for 6min.

(C) Work a Skill

    85%@47 - 5/12 successful lifts

  2. Snatch- 46, 51, 55,60, 65, 70,73, failed at 76kg
    Emotm@63kg 6/12 lifts successesful
    Need to work on keeping my back in same line during the first pull.
