Teams of 2


Mobility WOD-All the way from Copenhagen

(A) 1a) - Snatch Balance - 5x2
      1b) -Hang Snatch Mid Thigh - 1 x 10 @ 70% 1rm
      1c) - Floor Press AHAP - 3 x 10

(B) 7 Rounds for Time 3 Power Snatch + 3 OHS 60/43kg, 12 KB Swings 32/24

*Athlete A performs 3 Power Snatch + 3 OHS. When Athlete A finishes 3 Power Snatches + 3 OHS they must hold the OHS squat position until Athlete B completes another 12KB swings. Teammates will then rotate until both ahtletes have completed 7 rounds of Snatches and 7 rounds of KB swings.

    WOD with Rookie (rxd):- 21:20 last 3 sets of OH Holds completed as 6/6. Rookie all unbroken.

    hang snatch 10@37.5
    floor press using 16KB, only got through 2 rounds

    (B) WOD@ 22.30min
    Worked with Mel, used 38kg for first few rounds, stripped down to 33.2 for remainder. 16KB for swings
