Individual then teams of 2

(A) Power Clean In 7min build to 75% of 1RM THEN Every 30sec for 5min 2 Power Cleans

(B) 3 Rounds (3min Rnd) Run 400m 10 HR Pushups 15 KB Swings 24/16


then at the 9min mark in teams of 2


(C) AMRAP 6min in teams of 2 7 HPC 60/43 Max TTR


Scoring-Max Reps of HPC + TTR - 7 reps if bar touches ground


*Athlete A & B complete part B individually then team up at the 9min mark for 6min Amrap.Once bar is lifted for first HPC it can't touch the ground again until the end of the 6min mark.
