(A) DEADLIFT 3 x 60% 2 x 70%, FRONT SQUAT 3 x 65% 2 x 75%

(B) 3 Rnds 12 Unbroken Thrusters 43/30 200m Run


Scoring-For Time. Everytime the bar comes back to rack or hits the ground 30sec penalty


*Athlete A Starts thrusters while B runs 200m. When A finishes last thrusters they must hold bar in the overhead position until B returns from the Run. When B returns they start thrusters and A runs. This pattern continues until all 3 rounds are completed.

(C) 40 C2B Pullups in as few sets as possible
