40 - Wall Ball 9/11ft - 9/6kg whilst partner holds top of pushup
50 - Ab mat sit ups whilst partner holds hollow
40 - Wall Ball while partner holds top of pushup
30 - Power Snatch whilst partner holds squat
20 - OHS whilst partner holds handstand
