Mobility WOD-Olympic Lifting Prep

(A) EMOTM 17mins Perform 1 Power Clean, 1 Hang Squat Clean & 1 Split Jerk. You can increase the weight as you go but not beyond your point of limitation

(B) 40,30,20,10 TTBar & KB Swings 32/24kg. 1 Burpee on every change over.

Scoring-Least amount of Burpees performed

*Athlete A & B partition reps as needed.

    11.03 - 11 burpees
    T used 16kg bell & J used 20kg
    T did most of the KBS including the first 40 unbroken!
