At the 17min mark 3 or 5 Cycles of In 3 Minutes complete a MAX EFFORT 400m Run
with whatever time left after run MAX UNBROKEN EFFORTS Wall Ball 9/6kg & 11/9ft, Recover 2 Minutes between each cycle

Scoring = Total Wall Ball Shots
