Rest 90 Secs between Amraps
Scoring- Max Reps HPC
*Athlete A starts chest slapping pushups whilst B starts max HPC. As soon as A finishes B must drop bar and record reps. B moves onto pushups and A performs max rep HPC. This pattern continues until the 3min Mark.
