Teams of 2 Males or Females

(A) Work to a 1rm Power Snatch + 3 x OHS

(B) Teams of 2

6rnds
1 Min MAX Burpee Box Jump Overs
1 Min MAX Shoulder to Overhead
then
1 Min to complete 1 Full Snatch each
1min transition

Scoring-Burpee Reps + S2O reps + Snatch Weight each Round

*Athlete A starts with Max Burpee Box Jump Overs, Athlete B S2O. After 1 min they swap elements. After each athlete has finished both elements they will move onto snatch and attempt to complete 1 rep. After each round the athletes can decide to move up the weight for the snatch but must also use this weight for the shoulder to overhead.
