*In WOD B. Athlete A Runs 400m then Athlete B. Athlete B will tag Athlete A and they will start swings. This pattern continues until all 3 Rounds are complete. In WOD B if both athletes times combined are not faster then both athletes times combined for WOD A we will re-do WOD B.
